Our summer hours are 10-3 Monday through Saturday. Calls will be answered as much as possible from 9-5 Monday through Friday and outside business hours. We will answer voice mail as soon as possible. Thank you for your interest in us!

A local delivery fee will be added to each order, based on zipcode for each address ($12 or under for most of the Metro Phoenix area). (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, additional wire fee may be added.)

U.S. orders must be received before 11:00 a.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day if they cannot be delivered the same day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Additional delivery fee may apply for timed delivery.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered Saturday if ordered before, or the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

Are your loved ones living overseas, or do you do business with clients or associates internationally? We are able to extend our personal touch and extra care to your international orders. Please call our shop directly so that we can give these orders an extra layer of care. Please order 2-3 days ahead for international orders to ensure delivery date.

Wedding deliveries: We offer a full-service wedding delivery, setting up all florals in the wedding package, and pinning on boutonnieres and corsages. Timing is set at the time of booking your wedding.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
