Karin Crawford came to the floral industry with a passion for flowers, and her Father's Landscape Architect's influence. With an eye for creative combinations of flowers and foliages, a love of fragrance, and a passion for creative design, when you are looking for an exclusive look, you have selected the right florist! Context (where the flowers will go), and the personality and style of the receipient are all-important questions that Karin will ask to ensure she makes your loved one or business associate feel very special. She is an award-winning designer: 2012 Arts and Flowers - 2nd place for Most Creative Interpretation Award; 2011 - 2nd place in NACE's Tabletop comeptition; 2011 - Weddingwire.com 'Bride's Choice' Award; 2010 theKnot.com's Best of Award; 2008: IDFA's Tableau - Most Creative Use of Materials Award Committed to continuing education and growth in design, customer service and increasing value to her clients, Karin actively participates in many educational opportunities provided by the Arizona State Floral Association.

Valentine's Holiday Hours: phones answered 7:30am - 8 pm through the holiday, walk-in hours below:

Thursday, 2/7 and Friday, 2/8: 9 am to 6 pm

Saturday, 2/9: 10 am-4 pm

Sunday, 2/10: 12pm-4 pm

Monday, 2/11 -Wednesday, 2/13: 8:30 am-6:30 pm

Thursday, 2/14: 7:30 am-6 pm or until we are out of flowers! :-)

Our normal hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday and 10-3 Saturday. Bridal appointments outside these hours, and late pickups are available by request. We are here to serve you!

Calls will be answered as much as possible outside business hours. We will answer voice mail as soon as possible. Thank you for your interest in us!

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Do you have shelves full of vases, baskets and ceramic containers from previous gifts? Why not bring them in and recycle them with us. Trade them in for credit for a future purchase, fresh flowers to take home that day, or select a gift vase, piece of jewelry, or other gift item in return. Valentine's Delivery Policy:

For guaranteed delivery by 3pm on Thursday, the 14th: $30 plus the normal delivery fee

For delivery any time from 8 am until evening, $10 plus the normal delivery fee (if business address, must have home address also)

Deliveries Monday, the 11th through Wednesday, the 13th, the normal local delivery fee applies

A local delivery fee will be added to each order, based on zipcode for each address ($10-12 for Tempe, and $15-$20 for most of the Metro Phoenix area, with Queen Creek and Surpise/Sun City West being $30). (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, additional wire fee may be added.)

U.S. orders must be received before Noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the same day if at all possible, or if not, on the following day. We will communicate with you any updates - or call us to place a special request delivery.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Additional delivery fee may apply for timed delivery or delivery scheduled After Hours.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered Saturday if ordered before, or the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

Are your loved ones living overseas, or do you do business with clients or associates internationally? We are able to extend our personal touch and extra care to your international orders. Please call our shop directly so that we can give these orders an extra layer of care. Please order 2-3 days ahead for international orders to ensure delivery date.

Wedding deliveries: We offer a full-service wedding delivery, setting up all florals in the wedding package, and pinning on boutonnieres and corsages. Timing is set at the time of booking your wedding.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.

When you visit our website, we also collect some basic information that does not identify individual users. We use this information to determine our users demographics and interests, so that we can better understand and serve our users.
